HOW DOES IT WORK?

After receiving your online enquiry, our qualified team will contact you within 48 hours.

After an informal chat on the phone or via email, we’ll arrange a ‘Meet & Greet’ at your house. This allows the team to meet you both and gives us a chance to see the dog in their natural environment. The Meet & Greet also allows you to get a feel for us and is a great opportunity to ask any questions.

If all goes well, a ‘Play Date’ is organised. Here the dog is taken for a solo walk and play which allows us to check what they’re like in the van, their recall and lead walking ability, their interaction with other dogs and people, and also allows us to perform a behavioural assessment. But most importantly it enables us to create a bond with your dog. This playdate will last approximately an hour and is essential to determine if your dog is suitable to become one of the team.

If your dog is accepted, a complementary onboarding pack will be given to welcome your dog into our exclusive team of extraordinary dogs.

A full refund is payable if 48 hours cancellation notice is provided.

No refund is payable on cancellations within 48 hours of appointment.
